I agree, he’s the only candidate who was able to get specific, and yet remain crystal clear...not to mention presidential!

I agree. I think his best moment came when he was asked how he would respond to the firing of a missile by North Korea shortly before the debate began, an event that no one on the stage could have known about until that moment. I think it was intended as a gotcha question, with the hope that Cruz, not knowing that this had taken place, would fumble around for an answer. If so, it didn't work. Cruz handled it brilliantly, saying he would need to be briefed on the specific incident before deciding on the appropriate course of action, then went into great detail about steps he would take to reign in North Korea and other rogue nations.
