The shaming letters were what did me in. I am a man without a candidate (except Gilmore). Nobody is doing a very good job trying to recruit me either.

Well before Trump got in I was for Cruz. I had hoped Trump would get in it in 2012 but he didn’t. Then Cruz started voting sideways and I was scratching my head. His excuses just were not plausible.

Then it was the H1-B visas and the weak argument on immigration. It all just started to build up. The shaming letters were just indefensible and I don’[t know what the truth is about the Carson dirty trix thing but Donald Trump did not engage in any of that stuff.

One thing about Donald Trump he stabs you in the chest not the back.

Seemed like Trump was controlling the media at first. He already had instant name recognition. Add to that his kick in the door, take no prisoners style, and that equals sensational ratings.

The media grabbed this gift and ran with it. I think the Trump/ Megan feud is just another bit of media schtick, probably scripted, to get ratings.

The media are controlling us—as always—more than we want to admit. And I think it’s entirely possible that more than a few media bigwigs want Trump to win. Feigning an adversarial relationship is working so far.

Unless complaining helps you politically and damages your opponent.

Sort of like when a woman gets raped in one of those Muslim countries — it is her fault because she is a woman.

Slanderer’s yeald great power, for destruction.

Judge a tree by its fruit.

A man’s loyalty to his wife or is it wives?

His great economic prowess at business, vs a history of bankruptcy.

His strength at foreign diplomacy, by his bearing and demeanor.

His personal history of service, to others or himself.

His steadfast nature in keeping his promises by his history of living a life of vision, vs a changing path.

In short, who are you going to trust your life and the lives of your children to, for what vision?

This will most certainly bring Trump supporters down onto my neck with hatchets,

Any article that starts out with the author positioning him/her self as some kind of victim...I stop right there. (New policy)

>> I love that word “haberdasher.” <<

Yeah, although Truman probably avoided using it, seeing as how his haberdashery was a flop.

On the other hand, HST does seem to have had honorable military service as an artillery officer in WW One.

Then, for the list of businessmen POTI, we might wanna add Bush 43, because he had an MBA, dabbled in the oil bidness, and was CEO of the Dallas baseball team.

(And he spent 22 months on ACTIVE DUTY (not NG) in the Air Force.)
