I'd like to think so but where has he said that he would limit immigration?
He has said that he would secure the border. Good.
He has put forth a "temporary" stop to muslim refugees. Good, but it needs to be permanent.
He has said that he would send all illegal home then let the "good" ones back in in an expedited fashion. Bad. Not solving the problem.
