Not sure about “allies.” There is some “reshuffling” of people taking place since the shutdown of the Russian aircraft. Turkish workers moving back to Turkey from Russia and vice-versa. Looking at a recent video, there was not much room left for aircraft/helicopters at Erebuni.

They've had a good business relationship, that's far from being "allies" and given that as a member of NATO the Turks have never shared military and intelligence information with Russia calling them allies is either stupidity or just more of the disinformation drivel that flows through the media.
