That is the one that I would like to hear more about. I imagine that at the beginning each of the 31 states had their own version of what they wanted to see be the final result. So lots of management and negotiations to get all 31 states together and on the same page, and then go up against the FEDS - and win.
That type of skill would be good to have to bring some real change to Washington.

Again, legislative. Not managerial. We have Attorney Generals all over the country that do this.
He is by all accounts a very good attorney.

Taking into account this statement, Ted Cruz should be a great legislator. His legislative effectiveness is best described as middle of the pack.
