An EMP attack would be unpredictable and would effect Mexico and Canada as well. Alaska and Hawaii would not be touched and under sea subs would not be touched. Its effects would be widespread but not uniform...many places might not be touched at all because of peculiarities of the Earth’s Magnetic fields. Also, it would have to be a night shot since the solar winds on the days side thin out the magnetic belts so that they are thicker on the night side....hence a day shot emp’s effects would be much more minimal in terms of area effected. You would have to fire a blanketing spread of emps at night, at just the right position and timed just right to get the kind of blanketing damage everyone is scared of...but here’s the catch....the effects will hit Canada, Mexico and Central America, even Cuba may be effected. There would be no United Nations, hence no theoretical locus of World Government control in a world wide chaos scenario. Yet there again, the effects will be unpredictable. One neighbor hood may have working gadgets and its power grid not effected another town might be totally knocked out. My car may start because it was near a grounded tower, yours might not. Towns near mountain ranges might not be touched while other on flat lands might be knocked back to 1850 electrically speaking. Batteries won’t be knocked out,old generators with no solid state electronics will work. It will be a mess and yes some may die...but it won’t be a total killer like some would hope...and our under sea subs can be called upon to take out North Korea or Iran if need be!
And the feds’ cars wouldn’t work either.
I’d like to see how they are going to get around, so they can get to people who have prepared.

Sad but true.
It’s why it was so critical for Obama’s owners to threaten the media before any of the facts could get out. By forcing the “conservative” media to (first) ignore critical information and then ridicule the truth-tellers as “conspiracy nuts”, they were able to magnify the effect of normalcy bias by also making it cost a person’s reputation to even CONSIDER the evidence. Politics is by nature a popularity contest anyway, so the threat of being libeled if you pay attention to evidence make it too risky for a politician who needs to not be considered a nutcase in order to get (re)elected.
Once a society is so demoralized that it cannot (will not allow itself to) see the truth even when it stares them right in the face, the enemy knows it has won. No matter how much truth is brought into the open, the society is incapable of even considering it That’s why the Benghazi, Fast & Furious, Extortion 17, IRS-gate, etc hearings and reports don’t make any difference. America as a whole is demoralized beyond the point of being able to consider the evidence.
What’s left now are isolated people who don’t care if they are called nutcases. They will have food, water, shelter, and protection when all this comes to pass, and the people who ridiculed them as nuts will try to take what they have. Neighbor against neighbor. Family member against family member.
It’s an ugly picture that most people don’t want to see - even if seeing it makes us able to thwart it together. People have no clue how bad it may get.

A gun is absolutely necessary but even it can’t save you from some things. Obama’s communist-Islamist allies have many, many kinds of weapons at their disposal.
Good information. The terror sleeper cells that Obama has been working so hard to hold the door open for are really critical if the plan is to hand America over to our communist and/or Islamist enemies. EMP coverage wouldn’t have to be complete, as long as there was enough chaos to let the terrorists take over the minimally-affected pockets.
I don’t think Obama WANTS to take out Iran or North Korea. That’s why the communist-Islamist alliance needed to put him in as Foreign Enemy Combatant-in Chief, no matter how many crimes it took to do so. They couldn’t afford to have a real American in charge when the homeland is attacked to that degree.
Obama hates this country. When the SHTF he’ll be in Venezuela yukking it up with Hugo Chavez.

The sleeper cells have people who are used to living in third-world conditions. I think those would be the people who work to conquer this nation.
And if the feds have the ability to bring in planes, tanks, etc from an unaffected area they would be the only ones with high mobility.

I’m increasingly seeing such a possibility as more and more likely. There’s just too much evidence pointing towards such, both in terms of the actual/real capability for such to happen, as well as the political, and otherwise, reasons/desires to allow such. I’m also fearful that the purges in the military have been so thorough, that even if a unit would desire to ‘go rogue/dark’ to prevent such from happening, they no longer are privy to the critical information needed to do such.
I definitely lean towards this scenario as more likely, rather than less. The timing of such would logically be as you’ve suggested, but perhaps earlier? If months earlier, I’m not so sure that the resulting chaos would end soon enough, and enough order restored to have an election,
Seems like it could happen any time. I’m not sure how the financial stuff that’s happening now plays into it all. If there was a financial crash before the big hit it could keep people who intend to prepare from being able to afford the best preparations. Or they may want to combine different kinds of hits to make it more foolproof. I don’t know exactly what goes into the calculation of the exact timing of a hit. I do find it suspicious that November and December are already planned out for Obama to be in the southern hemisphere, with his communist buddies.
I posted a different thread yesterday, asking if anybody knows how we could close up the hole in our southern radar defense, and how long it would take. One of the articles I linked to said we have a portable radar system that should be moved from someplace overseas to here, to fill in that hole. If that’s all it would take, why the heck haven’t we done that already? And how do we get Congress to FORCE the DoD to do it?
There are other attacks that could happen but it would complicate the regime’s and/or those considered our traditional enemies’ ability to knock out so much of the nation at once.
The billionaires who have bought bunkers - I wonder if any of them are considered important enough, to be given advance notice? I suppose if an EMP hit when the billionaires weren’t in their bunkers they’d just have a plane from an unaffected area come fly them to their bunker. I wonder how many of them have planes on alert in different parts of the world, with those instructions.

The reason to consider the seriousness of the situation is so we can figure out how to thwart it, if possible. For instance, if our military just needs to move a portable radar system to the US to patch the southern radar hole, then we need to bang our pots and kettles and raise our pitchforks high enough that Congress gets off their butts and just DOES IT. What are they waiting for? How the HECK can they justify leaving that hole there now that Iran and North Korea are armed and have practiced the delivery system for an EMP exploiting that hole?
White flag? Hell, no!! Instead, sound the alarms and DEMAND action! Don’t get off the critters’ tails until they do the right thing! Get Trump and Cruz talking about this, and expose how DANGEROUS the do-nothing critters are to us all!
And in the meantime, get ready. Have guns and ammo. Have food stocked up, and heritage seeds. Plant fruit and nut trees. Install a hand pump on your well. Raise livestock if possible. Make a bike generator. Store spare small electronic devices in a place hardened against EMP attacks. Have a wood stove and stuff to burn in it if necessary. Learn herbal medicines that can take the place of prescription medicines since the laws don’t allow a person to stock up on prescription meds. Make sure you have a bike, horse, or some other way to get around. Have a plan of action already established for how each family member is to escape and/or find each other when TSHTF.
I got an email from an emergency supply company saying everybody should stock up sooner rather than later, because as things get bumpier this year people will panic and there won’t be supplies left for those who were late to wake up, unless those with their eyes open ordered early and allowed the companies to stock back up before the big demand comes in.
My desire is to preserve life. I will be the “crazy” one that the family close to me will come to for the necessities. I will have the seeds so we can grow food, and the water so we don’t dehydrate to death. I will have the chickens that provide eggs for protein. Etc. But I can’t have enough for everybody, so we need lots of people looking out for their community by getting ready IN ADVANCE. That’s in the rural areas.
In the cities, I don’t know what anybody can do, to be truthful. I wish I knew of some way for the cities to be provided for. That’s where it will be the worst. And with no cars working there wouldn’t be any quick way out. I think the best I can do for the city folks is to ride the tails of the Congress-critters, telling them to get that portable radar system where it belongs, PRONTO!!
