Why not?
He's a senator. I don't know of any evidence he's a good jurist. There are much better people to be on the courts. Etc.
Personally, I think the world would be a better place if Janice Rogers Brown were on the Supreme Court. She may not be that young anymore, but if anyone, I could trust her.
