Once again the very desperate Donald Trump is trying to make a mountain out of a molehill, now suggesting that Ted Cruz is worse than Hillary “when you think about it” because of his filing mistake with respect to the loan he took out to fund his Senate campaign in Texas:
Donald Trump: Ted Cruz Is "Worse than Hillary, When You Think about It" (Video)
You know who else thinks Cruz is worse than Hillary? The Republican establishment.
I’ve said this before, that Trump fights exactly like the Republican Establishment fights when they have a conservative challenging a Republican incumbent. They will say anything to beat that conservative into the mud and defeat them.
And that’s exactly what Donald Trump is doing now.
He’s jumping the shark almost daily now and it’s pathetic.
By the way…

You are seriously mentally disturbed. Seek help.
I can’t interpret the last 2 lines. Use names.
Cruz avoided FEC filing of Goldman-Sac and Citi bank loan is not an innocent mistake. He just wanted to show he is not connected with H=Goldman-Sac. But hello, he is married to one.
Let FEC investigate him. We will know.

You don’t even understand the issue. Cruz took out personal loans to himself to raise Cash. He then took money from his personal bank accounts, which was commingled with his personal loans, and made a loan to his campaign. He reported his loan to his campaign to the FEC. He also reported his personal loans to the Senate. Whoever the campaign finance expert was on his campaign simply didn’t realize that personal loans to the candidate must be disclosed if the candidate uses any commingled money to make a contribution or loan to his campaign. Honestly, until this controversy broke I would not have thought his personal loans would have to be reported to the FEC either since they were made to him and not to his campaign.
I will never vote for Trump. Not after the way he has been acting this past week. I am not even sure that you will want to vote for him by the time November rolls around given how fast he is running to the left.
“...Let’s coalesce when it’s apparent Cruz is done, around a winner shall we?...”
I’ll hold my nose and vote for whoever the GOP candidate is in the General, if it is not Cruz, But Cruz is the only candidate who gets my active and financial support.
Trump’s nastiness is pushing him further and further down our list - mainly because it is entirely unnecessary yet he does it anyway. I also can’t trust him. He’s been all over the map on issues - there’s no consistency in him other than his ego and that’s concerning. We don’t need another 0bama-esque narcissist.
I simply don’t care for the “NYC values” he displays in his nastiness, nor the sychophantic cult of personality displayed by the Trump crowd and I honestly don’t know anyone who does. Trump is a disappointment every other day or so, but folks refuse to believe their own eyes and ears. But if you can stomach it and care to trust Trump despite the glaring indications that he just may be a more centrist/left leaning Republican (as yankee GOP’ers tend to be), then hats off to you and I wish you the best.
For now, I’ll stand by the most conservative candidate (warts and all) in the lineup, Ted Cruz.
Opinions will likely vary, but that’s mine.

And he’ll have another meeting with La Raza soon after his inauguration and promptly put them in charge of manning the YUUUUGE Gates, on his Wall, and handing out green cards legalizing his “boomerang” deportees.
“Everything said âMade in China,ââ Pacheco said.”
“Trump is splitting his support. Many people like myself were rooting for him and Cruz. I really hoped they could be some sort of team. Together they would have been devastatingly unstoppable.”
My feelings exactly!...until last week, I was supporting Cruz with Trump as a strong second choice....none of the others candidates are on my radar. When Trump went after Cruz on his Crazy II Birther hit and subsequently produced his slime-ball, NY-style Twitter rage this past weekend, I lost all respect for the man. Such a distasteful person should not be President! If he is the nominee, he will not get my vote now or in the general, should he be so fortunate!
-Feeney, get your book out.
-Set down the name, the one Donald J. Trump....
-Feeney, have you written the name I gave you?
-I have.
-Well, strike a line through it.
-That´s for him. Donald J. Trump...
-He´ll regret it to his dying day, if ever he lives that long.
....with apologies to John Wayne, Victor McLaglen, and the Quiet Man
I do not believe he would not be involved in that.
Nor do I believe a 43 year old could have a Canadian birth certificate his entire life and know it, and become a great Harvard lawyer, and work on the Supreme Court, and have aspirations for political office, and not know until one year ago that he had Canadian citizenship.
I just don’t buy it.
My advice to everybody, on important issues, is "trust but verify." Levin has plenty of company. Katyal, Clement, Amar, Balkin, and a host of others.
That doesn't mean they are right.
I'm competent on the law too. One Supreme Court precedent, Rogers v. Bellei, cuts against the experts. Thousands of court decisions follow the same rule, lest you interpret the remark that "one SCOTUS case says such and so" represents some outlier, flier, or quirk of the law. One precedent is all it takes to make a monkey out of Levin.
I looked up the source law because I'm curious. Fewer than 1 in a thousand would do that, so false conclusions generally pass as "truth" in the mind of the listeners.
* yawn *
Perhaps from the fact that Trump has previously supported an assault weapons ban, supported lengthening the waiting periods to buy guns, etc...
Like I said the other day...when I am on FR it feels like the Twilight Zone. I thought this was a conservative website...not all I am seeing is that it doesn’t matter if Trump is not conservative it matters that he will make America Great!!!! You really need a conservative to make America Great!
*********************************************************************************
I think you are exactly right. Government subsidies and government mandates merely weaken the country...they do NOT make it great. But they are what the HOLY PANDERER is pushing in order to buy votes. And many on this site are following DONALD TRUMP (ALL GLORY TO HIM) on his gradual leftward march.
We do need a conservative to make America Great...but, unfortunately, DONALD TRUMP (BLESSED IS HIS HOLY NAME) is not that conservative. I fear the end of the American Republic, as we know it, is near its end.
I have made my plan to withdraw. I am in a position of not caring anymore.
It appears that you are intimately familiar with “hot lines” for the mentally ill.
WTF is your problem!
You mean he is scarier than Hillary or Bernie?????????
*******************************************************
Yes. At least they are consistent, predictable in their socialist beliefs and not crucifying their base!!!!!!
MORE ETHANOL THAT DESTROYS ENGINES!!!!!!!!!
I think you are on to something.
Soon, every time Trump’s name is typed, the zombies will want us to say “ peace be upon him”
The dear leader, Trump ( pbuh )!
I’ve tried explaining it before as you don’t want brain surgery performed by a podiatrist. They don’t quite get it.
