I agree with the article. Trump is not and never has been a conservative. Actually, I take that back. I do not know what he truly believes—it keeps changing. He says whatever he thinks his audience wants to hear. I am not willing to take a chance that his latest statements of his beliefs is how he will govern as president, an office that has unfortunately become too powerful.
And you drank the koolaid. So sad. Blind allegiance to a nothing burger, defending all Trump who is not a conservative, never has been, he says believe me and some do.
Versus one who knows the constitution (I don’t believe DT would pass a high school civics test), and has lived his life as a conservative with more knowledge of all facets of conservatism in one brain cell than DT has in his entire brain.
If trumpees didn’t completely trash Cruz about the silliest stuff and ever recognized one of DT’s faults or lies I would not be hostile.
But I am smiling.
