Ryan is in the Legislative branch and can only be replaced by the voters of his district.
Not so. Congress has thrown out several members for various misconduct.

If this ever comes to open revolution, I swear we will lose because we will have to spend half our time explaining the pointy end needs to be inserted toward the front of the barrel.
