See the words of Jesus in Matthew 24:30-31 And let's not omit verse 29... "Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken....
Immediately after what? The Tribulation that's what! Then the Son of Man will appear coming on the clouds of heaven (the saints in heaven) and then the angels will gather his elect.
I am not Catholic, a SBA, a pre-trib'er or a Carson supporter.
