It's been 19 years since the Cowboys last won a Super Bowl.
They have went through myriad coaches and players.
Have consistently put their money on the most overrated and injured QB in history, Tony Romo.
Jerry Jones needs to hire a GM and just enjoy the games in his skybox. I'm so glad I live in WI and is a Packers fan; our owners are our residents and our team President and GM are always held accountable. That is why Green Bay has been in the playoffs for 17 out of the last 21 years.

And he's still playing. Now think about the list of QBs that he is being compared against at both the franchise (Staubach, Aikman, etc) and league levels.

Glad you like living in Wisconsin and love your team. I have no team near Upland, CA (San Diego is two hours away and they suck). And it is horrible that I had to suffer through 75 degrees today and be outside in cargo shorts. It was just awful. :)

I'm so glad I live in WI and is a Packers fan; our owners are our residents and our team President and GM are always held accountable. I was born and raised in Wisconsin and bleed Green and Gold, but this is a bit of revisionist history. After Lombardi left, the Packers had a few decades of suckdom where the President and GM were most certainly NOT held accountable.
It wasn't until Bob Harlan became president and Ron Wolf was hired that things got turned around and winning became the primary goal. Prior to that it was mainly a good old boy network and 8-8 was good enough.
