Seriously, does anyone think it doesn’t already exist in one of our government agencies? (sorry for the double negative)
Only to a point - nobody knows how many are unknown and there is not enough data available to make a reliable database of the "refugees".
Besides - they only pay real attention to the average law-abiding White male (racists/hater/budding terrorist types don't ya know) population that owns or espouses the ownership of guns.
Like France, they have info on those who end up killing some of us but don't do anything to stop it - they start out by telling us it has nothing to do with terrorism or radical religious extremism, then the story slowly leaks out until we find they were on a "watch list" but nobody saw and "credible looming threat"....
Let's get a worthy successor to Obama in the WH...
