He does say “pop it in a computer”. It would have to be external to be able to pop into a computer. I still resent all my information on a chip that could be stolen or hacked while in a computer. Bad idea.

Keep in mind that “pop it into a computer” could be done by scanning an RFID tag, the size of a grain of sand and implanted. Apparently, he’s called for that in other venues besides the one shown in the video.
