I hear you, re: Carson, and look forward to Cruz announcing that fellow Texan, LTC (Ret.) Allen West, has accepted the Cruz campaign invitation to be his running mate. Never happen. While Allen West would be a great choice, political reality will have him selecting a running mate from a swing state he needs to win. More than any other candidate, Ted Cruz understands this.
