There is no such thing as being “offered” a scholarship to West Point.
It does not exist. Never has, more than likely never will.

You just keep saying it that way and I will keep saying it my way.

Do you want a ad from West point that calls it a scholarship? There is one...

Do you want the WP entrance rules showing the ability of the ROTC to offer these appointments and the required nominations?

I have posted them on another thread.

So that leaves us with the term scholarship as opposed to nomination.

If nomination leads to the appointment, the stipend, 10K per year, and all expense paid education including medical care, room and board, would you refuse to identify that as a full scholarship?

I suppose if you were knee deep in the military chain of command, you may not use that term, but a 17 year old civilian would, as would a Yale educated Doctor.
