Thank You for the information. RICO may be the was to go with the so-called charities and NGOs. You know I've heard a lot of these organizations are not 'true' religious organizations - they formed when they found out about the gravy train. I bet a lot of them have faulty paperwork and/or are submitting fraudulent reimbursement claims for the number of 'clients' they process.

Yes-—Hobbs is crucial. Has an astounding range of uses to nail elected/appointed officials and others on the public payroll.

I am aware of at least one case (could be more) where it was used to nail a local official...... he took bribes to vote a certain way....that vote imperiled the community’s economic viability.
