Portland, Oregon apparently. Thanks for the link. I know it would be nice to stop them through the courts, but the courts rarely respond to what the citizens want. We don’t have ‘standing’. We’re supposed to go through our legislators.

Yeah, that whole 'standing' thing stopped us from pursuing the eligibility a number of times. Hopefully, this, given the issues, will give us standing.
