He pretty much is.

I've only known him personally for about a dozen years, been to dozens
of gun ranges with him, rented him RV space, been on multi-state road
trips with him, had him look at my AC system, hosted him at parties
where we blew stuff up, built him a fence and a gate...

I'm pretty sure ol' Thackney gets where I'm coming from.
