I’ve got a boy in 3rd grade. The biggest problem is inconsistency in the worksheets. We’ll get a series with problems like;
Use the repeated-addition strategy to solve: 5x3 = “3+3+3+3+3.
then we’ll get,
5 x 3 = 3 x 5
It’s very confusing for the kids.
