What we are witnessing is the beginning of the end of Constitutional government. There will, of course, be brief fits and starts which might represent a return to Constitutional government, but they will not last long and their only purpose will be to console and lift the spirits of the populace. In your minds, skip ahead to the year 2115 if you dare, and imagine what you’ll see.
We have not been following the Constitution for almost a hundred years.
Oh thats easy. Roving bands of tribal/ferals searching for food and trying to survive. Slavery. Remanants of America’s military transitioned into Merc groups. Depopulated cities crumbled into ruin. Technology returned to the middle ages for the most part except for occasional places that subsist on scavenging parts that still work.

Our Lord had a great hand in the establishment of our country and in its preservation.
Whatever "dictating" is planned buy the likes of Barry, Val and the rest of them, will be of very short duration.
