“How is an invasion force going to make it 1/4 of the way around the planet across an ocean controlled/owned by our Navy? How will they be able to sustain the lines of support and supply they will need to sustain a push inland? How will they do this AND maintain the force needed to protect their own borders and keep the population under control?”
That article is pure b¥ll s#it. There is only one country that has the wherewithal to project power half way around the world and logistically sustain it. And, that country would be us -as in U.S.
If this were to happen and I were POTUS, I think I’d just order their tankers taken out and leave the rest of them stuck in mid-ocean out of fuel.
