I once saw on FR (cannot remember who said it) someone suggest that, if the SHTF, they should raid the social service and housing offices and get a list of who has food stamps and Section 8. After that, find these people and, as I think I remember them saying, “get rid of the parasites for the good of the nation”.
Sorry....really BAD idea to publish addresses.
How about just their photo and name be posted that way no complaints about HIPPA or concerns about addresses. Maybe only those getting more than 3 months of assistance.

My dad’s name and address was published in the local newspaper along with everyone else who got a concealed carry license.
