Understood, but I’d figure anybody who did a college prep program in hs in Texas would come out with Spanish skills. You’d need them to supervise your future employees.
China has central planning by mathematicians, scientists, and engineers, and the US has central planning by lawyers. Neither is good, but by default they win.
