Trump vs. FoxNews (vanity)
9/25/2015 | Ge0ffrey

Trump is a faux conservative. Trump is a faux Republican. Trump is taking on FoxNews because he’s really a liberal Democrat, who is anti life and anti property and a massive arrogant narcissist. He’s just like all Democrats who hate FoxNews and bash it daily.

Roger Ailes is a Ronald Reagan movement conservative. Trump is not. FoxNews is the only mainstream news organization that doesn’t follow the lead of The New York Times.

Trump’s war on FoxNews makes me distrust him even more.

We now live in the Bizzarro World. Reality IS satire.

I’ll say this. Ted Cruz is my first and always pick for President. Like Ted, I don’t mind Trump’s entry into this contest, particularly if it helps get rid of Rubio and Bush permanently. Further, in the “Battle of Trump v. Fox News,” Trump has won at least from my perspective. I don’t watch Fox News any more.

What you said!

“All these good conservatives you think they are have become part of the problem because they have been in Washington too long”

Exactly. I had been watching them for years, but lately I’ve realized I disagree more than I agree. When it finally dawned on me how many times I shouted back at the TV over some really obvious conservative point they chose to ignore and punched the mute button in disgust, I realized that Fox News and I have reached a crossroads. They have become tainted by the pompousness of Washington and the growing number of Libertarians on their staff and I have finally parted ways with them.

And the slogan “we report, you decide” is meaningless. It should be changed to “we report what you’ll decide”. I have not been a strident Trump supporter from the beginning. I like what he is doing in calling out the far-too-comfortable establishment republicans and would vote for him in a general election, but he is not really conservative across all issues. I still like Cruz. Having said that, though, I resent Fox’s attack on Trump. In attempting to annihilate him, they have become no better than the state controlled media.

Let me get this straight. We have a candidate in Trump that doesn’t boycott MSN, NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, NPR, CNN, The New York Times, The Washington Post and AP; and berates other Republicans, not other Democrats, using Democrat talking points. And you support him, but I don’t, and you’re telling me I should be posting the the Koz? You must be a daily Koz reader because Trump is Koz’s dream candidate!

This isn’t a satiric post at all. FoxNews is an independent voice. It is the single news organization that doesn’t follow lock-step with the NY Times or the “jorno-list.” Every news organization ought to be an independent voice. Among FoxNews commentators, there’s a wide political range. When they report straight news, they don’t lead with what the NY Times leads wth or any of the other organizations.

What Trump is saying and doing is exactly what liberals have been doing to FoxNews since its inception — that is, marginalizing it. He’s not boycotting NBC, CBS, NPR, etc. I’m dumbfounded that so many people here should now be in the same corner as the former governor of VT or Senator Warren or dozens and dozens of lefties who have been calling FoxNews “fauxnews” for years, and who wouldn’t deign to appear on it.

Can you people step back and listen to yourselves? And all because Trump can dish it out but he can’t take it? If he can’t handle Megan Kelley, how the hell is he going to handle Putin?

You don't have to convince me of Trump's shortcomings. No fan here.

If he can’t handle Megan Kelley

Who is "Megan Kelley"?

Does she work for the same nitwitwork as Megyn Kelly?
