Alone, and as used with adjectives... e.g. “poor analogy”, “misplaced analogy”, “inappropriate analogy”, “analogy that exists only in the fever-swamps of the proponent’s mind”, etc.

So “I didn’t see no pope mentioned in there, neither...” is penetrating insight, but my pointing out THE universally held Christian doctrine isn’t “in there, neither” is “ “poor analogy”, “misplaced analogy”, “inappropriate analogy”, “analogy that exists only in the fever-swamps of the proponent’s mind”, etc.”
