The list is errant in many ways. Check the list thoroughly because they have errantly placed towns in other states or spelled towns wrongly.

No PA towns?
We feel slighted! Wisconsin was also missing from the list. It appears that states targeted were host to military installations of one type or another. Wisconsin has an ammunition factory and a training base for National Guard troops. At one point the northern counties were supposed to be used for "project harp". There were a few sites set up to test the impact of the transmissions, nothing further was done here. I think they finally built the network elsewhere.
