so what specifically did you break. Don’t even think about permeant plates and screws. Your going to loose a lot of range of motion, likely phys therapy can get back 90% but its going to hurt. Ask your md about NSAID use. Volteran Gel is a failed pill that works great at reducing inflammation and pain locally.
I have had no pain, no loss of range of motion. It never even hurt! Don’t listen to them/ naw, probably every break is different, but mine was insignificant. You’ll sail through.
