I’m with you!
I think a Cruz/Trump ticket would be hard to beat, though I’m not all that eager to vote for Trump.
Something about him just doesn’t sit well with me.

I agree with the Cruz part, but having Donald Trump at the bottom of the ticket would be a huuuuuge mistake. Trump is loyal to himself, not the administration. He would not willingly take second place to anyone. He could never be counted on to promote the president's agenda.
I just can’t stand the New York in him. Everything “terrific” “Wonderful” “marvelous” None of my good commanding officers were the ME ME ME type.
Don’t get me wrong, damn the GOPe and burn it all down like the little girl in Firestarter. Trump/Cruz? (cuz he’d never go for Cruz/Trump...) Sure. Why not.
Cruz/Trump? Never in a million years. I like Ted but if he wants on the ticket it will be as VP. I believe that would set him up for 2020, but there’s no way that Trump would play second banana to anyone.

Never happen. Trump isn’t 2nd fiddle to anyone. If he can’t be #1 then
he’ll take his toys and go find another real estate deal, etc.
I don’t blame him either as 2nd fiddle is a waste of time.
