“There were multiple threats uttered by Bandidos against Cossacks, causing a Cossack chapter some place long miles to the West of Waco, North of Austin, and Southwest of D-FW to call off an annual Bar-be-que sort of get together they’d been having for years, which the local police had been quoted they’d never had any trouble with to speak of...”

That was called off after they all went to jail for the Twin Peaks gang fight.

It didn't add up to some of the Cossacks. One prospect who had formerly been a Bandido, allegedly having told a two-year Cossack MC member that he didn't like the sound of it.

And where was Waco PD? All set up, with cameras and obviously pre-planned positioning for them to be able to lay down crossfire enfilade.

There was some degree of pressure to settle things peacefully --- if there was a chance of it happening, with it seeming to me that if there had been enough Bandidos, with enough pull to get yet other Bandidos to back off, and not concern themselves with what Cossacks and others were doing, then that could have been a significant, positive development.

That kind of consideration could go a ways towards exonerating Waco PD for having extended the invite, wouldn't it?

What potentially clashes with that, which seems jarring to me however, is the claim on the part of Waco PD that they attempted to get the Twin Peaks management to call the whole thing off. Although they may have, like hedging their bets on trying to get everything called off, while having also urged a Cossack chapter president to attend. Its possible that Waco PD wasn't 100% coordinated in what they were doing, too, which is par for the course in regards to human interactions, generally speaking.

What was that Cossack chapter president guy supposed to do, though? Go by himself, or with just a few others, where he knew that a half a hundred or more Bandidos were likely to be?

Or say to Waco PD -- no --- I won't take a chance on doing what you asked me to, and work at trying to ratchet down what tensions there were?

Think about it.

Gator refers to "those supporting the conspiracy" --

{^) (that's me laughing)

This from a guy who supports the loopy conspiracy theory that 177 members of a variety of motorcycle clubs, only ONE of which had been ID'd by law enforcement as "criminal gang" (and a 2nd tier one, at that!) ...

... conspiracy that these 177 so-called criminals, all but one residents of Texas yet a full two-thirds of them with totally clean records ...

... that all 177 of these motorcycle club members, 117 with clean (up to then) records ... conspired violently in full view of requisite security and cell-phone cameras during Sunday brunch at a busy public restaurant in an open political meeting for motorcycle enthusiasts ...

... in the presence of at least four, possibly SIX marked police vehicles positioned at least one parking entrance according to law enforcement itself (you can look it up) ...

Gator's own conspiracy theory is so far-fetched it would be funny if it wasn't the same one the cops spoon-feed the MSM and which the MSM, for all of us, gulps hungrily.

History repeats itself. Conspiracies happen. Governments become abusers. But a bunch of Sunday bikers of the likes who make up bank tellers and landscapers, "conspiring" to murder and mayhem during Sunday brunch in a busy public restaurant?

THAT requires being some kind of conspiracy nut to believe.

It was only busy because there were almost 200 gang members there set up for a confrontation that led to nine dead.

But then..you said you were here!?!?! How can this be?

And you say....""Falsehoods should not be posted."

Then you have today.....

I added a little bit that you forgot to include.

“Totally agree...TG.”

Then let us make a pact. From this day forward we will both honor the facts and the facts only and we will both call out any that do not honor the facts.

We will both refrain from personal attacks and call out any that engage in personal attacks.

They were not a 1%'er club. But got tired of being kicked around by one. it looks like.

Yep -- or kicked around by an asshole faction of one.

Where the hell are the police during these assaults? Short of impersonating a police officer, a person has the freedom to wear whatever kind of signage they please while riding a motorcycle on a public road in America. What the hell do we have lawmen for, if there are bikers out there forcefully depriving free Americans of an American right?

Maybe it's just a bunch of egos fighting among grown men who are rebel-outlaw types; maybe in one sense, lawmen have better things to do than give it much priority.

That's what I thought this was at first, in a way -- a bunch of gang bikers killing gang bikers at a biker get-together in a biker hole-in-the-wall. Good for the cops for letting it happen.

Regardless, it's a ridiculous stretch now to buy what LEO and the MSM are selling went down at Twin Peaks. Ridiculous on its face, and it was from the start, even though it was almost two weeks before I caught on.

Three to four years from now -- 2018-2019 -- we'll find out if the charges stick. Until them ... well, we're assuming now, of course they won't stick! In four years, it will have been settled!

But three to four years ago, if anyone had said colorful TV personality celebrity billionaire Donald Trump would be the likely GOP presidential candidate, you'd have assumed they were nuts.

It's too late for this thing to be resolved, now. It's already happened, it's a done deal. Even if they let them go -- and we're assuming they will on ... what, exactly?

Last time I checked, it was okay to have an opinion on here. While I think the prosecution will have to make their case and the defendants deserve due process, I would personally choose NOT to participate in an activity set up by the Bandido’s.

At what point does attendance at such an event become support for the organization? This is America - if you want to wear leather and ride a Harley you should be able to do so without fear no matter where you are. Even some who seem to see the police as wrong and Bandido’s as okay have talked about territories.... seriously, what is wrong with that picture?

The debate on this topic seems endless and some of the conspiracy theories and allegations seem ridiculous. The people of Waco and the courts there set the rules for their own community - not us (unless you are a citizen there) unless there is a violation of civil rights at which point a good attorney will get a payday for his/her client and the Fed courts become involved.

If you don’t agree that the Bandido’s are a criminal organization that is your right and party on. I believe differently and therefore if we can’t get past that point further discussion is fruitless. FRegards.

DUI is not criminal?

You would never know it from some of the people here.

It’s pretty much a stoning offense.

Double that for all the civil suits to be settled.

I agree that a lawman's job is to catch criminals, bad guys who victimize innocents. That includes criminals in Bandido vests. A criminal is the same criminal buck naked.

How many criminals did lawmen catch at Waco?

Trick question!

There were zero lawmen there. There were cops playing soldiers.

IF and a BIG IF, one believes Stroman statement that has been scrubbed from Waco PD facebook his men were sitting in their cars when the first shots were fired. I believe DPS says they fired nothing. I don't know that BATFE has given any account at all.

Richard Luther claims that he saw marked and unmarked vehicles behind the Don Carlos and in the parking lot a football field away. Affidavits submitted in property seizure hearings testify to escalating tensions and deliberate and ominous movements. I suspect (speculate) that these affidavits were produced from viewing video; not from observation in real time.

There is no indication that anything was done by Waco PD, or anyone, to de-escalate. How could they (if Stroman is telling the truth?)

I suspect (speculate) this was a Fed operation from the get go with Waco PD playing Barney Fife to the Big Boys and Barney got left holding the bag.

And now Renya is on the hook to sort it out as best he can.

I don’t understand what your problem is with the “115 have no criminal covictions in Texas” statement. It’s there, it’s true....maybe they do have “totally clean records”. I think he keeps posting it that way just to get a rise out of you. And it’s working!

According to the records AP searched, 115 or more had no criminal convictions in Texas. If you want to search any other state then feel free. From what AP found it looks to me that, relatively, most of the ones arrested were choir boys.

I understand you don’t believe that. If you have proof other wise, as far as criminal convictions, then post it. Otherwise shut the hell up! It’s getting pretty stale.

Just like your “258 Bandidos were arrested in the “Hog Trap” sting.

Sure...when you refrain from lying your ass off?

“DUI is not criminal?”

Check your state law. In Florida the first two DUI’s are not felonies.

I make a good faith proposal to help clean up these threads and you respond with the usual bad mouth post.

At least it is on the record now that you have no desire to try to clean up the threads of falsehoods and personal attacks.
