“You shoot at my dog at night and I’ll consider it as Criminal Mischief.”

A) It wasn’t at night
B) It’s ludicrous to claim police trying to serve a warrant are committing “criminal mischief”. They have every right to enter private property to serve a warrant, and they have every right to defend themselves as necessary if they are attacked or threatened while trying to serve a warrant.

You have no idea where I get my info so your allegation is, again, pure BS.

boogieman:”Lol, I’m not a conspriracy theorist who worries about “the official story”. The witness accounts are out there, go google them instead of being a lazy dunce and getting your info second hand from outlaw biker bloggers with an agenda.”

So you admit you just make stuff up. Put up or shut up. You started the name calling and the ad hom attacks

Ok thanks to you all who have replied. Much to think about and research here for a latecomer like me.

Carry on I’ll go back to lurk mode for now until and unless I get up to snuff.

Yes. I remember that. It was kind of a big deal for the area back then.

“Liar. I never said “Law enforcement instigated a gunfight...””

I never said you did. That was the statement of the original poster that I replied to, before you jumped in to argue against me.

If you didn’t support his statement, then sorry for the confusion. I assumed you agreed with his position, since you jumped to his defense.

“You said the Dividians open fired first. Which are “facts” not in evidence.”

If you want me to stipulate instead that it’s undisputed that the Branch Davidians opened fire on HUMANS first that day, I’m fine with that. Makes no difference to my original point that you stepped in to reply to.

Nope, I just won’t cater to people too lazy to google “Waco witness statements” themselves.

If you can’t be bothered to do that, I can’t be bothered to do it for you. It should be common knowledge to any regular posters on these threads, at this point.

Coming across a ludicrous statement of Boogieman's via mad-as-he$$'s response --\

I’m not a conspiracy theorist.

Of course you're a conspiracy theorist, Boogieman!!! You, like many others here, wholeheartedly subscribe to the loony conspiracy that 117 people with ZIP prior criminal histories or even misdemeanor arrests, who are also members of motorcycle clubs, attending a preannounced COCI public meeting open to ANYONE whether they have a motorcycle or not, "conspired" to commit murder and mayhem in the presence of at least four, possibly six, marked police cars.

THAT is a hell of a conspiracy theory, and you subscribe to it fully.

Derp, notice the difference between "commit" and "conspire." It's not MY argument, it's the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals making the statement.

The affidavit does not recite probable cause of commission, according to the Texas Tenth Court of Appeal.

Now, I still don't know if your dictionary has "participate in a brawl" and "conspire" as synonyms.

No doubt, you say that "all the Cossacks are criminals"?

You are full of it.

Crimes committed by some clique within an MC, and that coming after their own wider membership had been victimized by members of some other actually notorious Outlaw MC, with a long history of violence (which 'history' Cossacks MC to the larger extent, noticeably LACKS) does not make everyone who wears Cossacks MC colors into being criminals, not when many rode to Waco that day after being informed that a Waco PD officer had invited one of their own chapter presidents to attend that meeting, and discuss with a Bandido chapter president, and possibly openly discuss with others too, terms of some sort of sought-after truce which could help serve to preclude further violence.

The information concerning the invitation had been widely shared in text messages among Cossacks. That was has been reported, and is believable enough.

The Cossacks didn't trust Bandidos -- and for good reason, wouldn't you say?

And it appears to me that a platoon of Bandidos rode down from Dallas, and had other things in mind than participating in making peace with Cossacks.

THAT part of things is not the fault of Cossacks, as far as I can tell. It very well might be the fault of some number of Bandidos, either, but it is the fault of the guy who threw the first punch, and fired the first shots. But that guy (said to have been a member of Bandidos MC) is now dead himself, if I'm remembering things correctly ---which can be difficult amid the ongoing tide of innuendos & false accusations being made against one and all the bikers who were arrested, and uniformly one-and-all charged with conspiracy.

It's no wonder Cossacks felt like they were being set up, when they saw that later arriving group of Bandidos had split up, and were approaching the Twin Peaks location from different directions.

Bandidos from the D-FW area had just a while back, in November of 2014, arrived in force at a small bar in the Riverside area of Ft. Worth, and had allegedly immediately set about assaulting the patrons who were there (one Ghost Rider at least, and some other lesser known MC, the Wino's who are related to Ft. Worth Ghost Riders, sort of as continuance of the original old guard of that MC, along with individuals not directly associated with any MC) ending up killing a 41 year old man from Arlington, who by most any account that I've been able to dig up, was far from being a habitual criminal, much less one of the more violent types.

Here's that man's obituary.

And it's no wonder too, that people around here wonder about possible hidden hand of FBI, and or ATF (who have been known to send their officers to infiltrate MC's) and may have recognized opportunity to play one MC off another, since Federal LE has long been seeking ways to take down the Bandidos, and the other more notorious MC's, including federal lawsuit aiming at stripping the 'Mongols' name from that MC.

I don't really give a damn about Bandidos, or violent Mongols, etc. When those guys break the laws, they can go to jail, or prison, and I don't care, except to say, "good riddance, go back to prison where you do seem to belong".

But to hold those types out as examples for all other patch wearing 'bikers', even if just far enough to encompass Cossack MC in it's entirety of membership as being "criminals" (which you just did!) while making no distinctions between the MC's themselves -- RIGHT DOWN TO EACH INDIVIDUAL MEMBER too, is too much, and is even ungodly.

God Himself does not hold the sins of one man over the head of another.

When Christ took upon himself the sins of others, even bodily so -- that was the biggest crime them all, but is a Christian's only justification.

Let us not further miscarriage of justice, if we can at all avoid it.

If the above is not true, then the Louis Farrakhans of the world would be correct in urging black Americans to rise up and begin indiscriminately murdering LEO's for crimes committed by yet other LEO's against black citizenry of this nation, individual cases such as Micheal Brown, (who was leading cause of his own demise) notwithstanding.

Let's not go down that kind of road, huh?

“half-dozen or so jackboot lickers here”

I have read thousands of pages of history about authoritarian regimes, and your posts sound (sadly, to me) like those of a person who would gladly, gleefully even, run to the “Stasi” of your liking (if only your own enemies list) to turn a fellow citizen in. Would you really? I hope not, but you gladly and even gleefully denigrate other FReepers by calling them names and attributing to them un-American sentiments which from all I can see from their postings, is . . . quite a reach. Get a bit of a grip, please.

Associate with whom you please.

Also, please, allow that other FReepers might be allowed by our Constitution to disagree with your opinions on one topic, and still have for most of their lives sweat even blood for our Free Republic, and will for the rest of their natural lives. NO ONE appointed you judge, jury, and “executioner” of fellow FReepers, WHOSE FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION YOU SHOULD PROCLAIM, rather than denigrate.

I feel very sorry for people who have to attribute Un-American sentiments to other FR posters.

HEY! when are we going to get together for a coffee or adult beverage and talk things out? ; )

-- Participated = took part in the violent gang fight that day --

The affidavit does not recite probable cause for taking part in a violent gang fight.

Plainly, the affidavit does not allege that Pilkington or Weathers committed one of the underlying offenses of capital murder, murder, or aggravated assault, one of the two means of committing the second main element. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. 71.02(a)(1) ("the person commits or conspires to commit one or more of the following"). Thus, we turn to each appellant's specific complaint that the affidavit does not allege an agreement; i.e., that he conspired to commit one of the underlying offenses ...
That blockquote is from the Texas Tenth Court of Appeals, cases No. 10-15-00218-CR and No. 10-15-00219-CR, opinion dated August 20, 2015. Two out of three of the appellate judges found probable cause for conspiracy. Chief Justice Gray dissented with a note, but a separate opinion will not be issued.

You just claimed: “You cannot shoot a person because they shot a dog, if you do, it’s homicide.”

And I showed you where one can legally shoot to kill to protect a dog.

You did not say anything about serving warrants, etc.
