Backyard grill - charcoal or wood only.
Texas Roadhouse, Flemings, Ruth’s Chris are in the list. There are a few notables and a few that I was unaware of some notable omissions.
If you travel a lot it is worth scrolling through. Took me 3 minutes. I love TR but it would be a top pick in any given state. Ditto Flemings and RC’s.
Amen to that. Just had my 150 lb Brinkmann grill sandblasted clean and refinished. That thick steel holds and distributes heat better than any grill I've owned to date. I start my coals with paper in hand held chimney. No starter fluid: I don't like the taste of JP4 in my steaks and chicken. During the cooking process, I'll toss in a double handful of mesquite or applewood chips that I've soaked in water for about 15 minutes.
Aside from that, Wolf's Lodge is just aloud shout away from where I live in north Idaho. Superb.
I agree, we grill with charcoal and get our steaks at Costco, their NY strips prime. (Not very often of course, they are pretty pricey.)
