Interesting list and something people should consider over personalities, otherwise she or whoever actually gets the Democratic nomination will misunderstood. The typical anti-Clinton hysteria is a losing argument as no one but fervent anti-Clinton haters really care. Substance is win/lose.

I would rewrite the list a bit:

Expand open borders. No, she's for amnesty and called for security border. She upped Bush and others on this but she's really no different than Bush, Rubio, Walker, etc.

Change religious beliefs. No, not true. At least not in the sense that I suspect you might mean. Look at her and the Clinton's history. They are religious. Just not in the same way as a fundamentalist or whatever.

Remove voting rules. No, they just want inclusion and anything that can beat up a Republican for hindering a citizen to vote is great fodder.

Free university education. At some level I and lots of people agree. If a student qualifies and sustains high real grades, they should get their education without regard to family income or circumstance. This is our investment in the future. But, alas, this is a hard one not to abuse.

Abortion services. Yes, she owns this one. Challenge is she turns this on to women's services and choice. She defends abortion, doesn't encourage it. A little less sensational. But the current videos might create a wedge on this.

Expand gun control. Yes, she owns this but I don't think she's an extremist--e.g., ban all guns. Pander on it, yep, she like others does. They also lose more than they win.

Global warming laws. She's a believer but I wonder if she'll take a step back on this once pinned down directly?

Universal healthcare Yes, she wants it. The challenge is how. Does she continue Obama's path or say fix it. Fix it neutralizes the issue especially against the kill it crowd. Repeal/replace or Fix it. Loses lots of sensationalism.

Women's rights. Yes. Everyone should be here. Challenge is what it means to people. Is it to give people birth control, abortions on demand, affirmative action, or is it equal rights?

Gay rights. Okay, so she gets the media and the 1-2% of homosexuals in the US.

Black rights. She inherits this but I think after Obama and his inaction on the topic, beyond crippling the Justice department, I don't think she has a big plus here. Someone like Trump might snatch it by surprise.

Illegal immigrant rights. She's doubled down on this and I think will tact to the middle as Trump as made very clear that Americans do not want unfettered immigration.

Minority rights [fill in taxpayer funded give-away]. Limited and only when it supports inclusion and votes.

United Nations - global everything. I don't think so. I suspect she'll take a very different path than Obama.

My list would be a bit different as I think she will begin showing independence from Obama and will return to the good old days of Bill Clinton. Seriously, she will want Bill's legacy, not Obama's. And I mean as president, not the personal life issues. I've always said the criticisms about his personal life, even where it affected his public life is losing proposition. Heck, we've since learned that his biggest critics were equally guilty of the same behaviors and worse. Hypocrits all of them.

I've got to get back to work...

“Hillary Clinton believes that “religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed” to expand access to abortion. Clinton said today that it’s not enough to legalize the procedure. “Far too many women are denied access to reproductive health care and safe childbirth, and laws don’t count for much if they’re not enforced,” she said Thursday, per the Daily Caller. “And deep-seated cultural codes, religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed.”............
