A President Romney never would have dreamed of ordering HUD to do something as wrong as this.
And then we would have all the other stuff done in the first four years consolidated and ratified by a Republican, and there'd be little opportunity to displace a President Romney, no matter how unpopular, in 2016. He would also come up with plenty of crony capitalism stuff with his mandate and a compliant Congress (assuming they would have won the Senate in 2014, far from a sure thing).
We would be on the curb and homeless.
