So maybe P/Phood can cash-in on its baby body parts business...maybe put
out a rap video---"Rubberize yo' penis, bro, or you be in da petrie dish."
You have no legal right to expose the brutal things we are doing, and if you do we will tie you up in court so you cannot function.
Another idiotic move by PP. Any litigation would fail as a matter of law. It would only serve to keep the issue in people’s minds for another year.
Right now the best PP move is to try to let / make this story run its course / go away... and they are foolishly keeping it ongoing in the minds of The Great Unwashed.
Stoooopid.
More legalize:
This is complete legal BS.
1. There was no expectation of privacy in a crowded restaurant.
2. Assuming the recordings were made in a 1-party consent state, there is no crime in recording the conversation as long as 1 party to the recording was occurring and obviously the investigators did know.
3. Since the faces and body parts were not identifyable as a specific person, no “owner” was identified, ergo, no claim.
4: If the “owners” were ever identified, they would have the claim, not PP, but the claim would generally fail, as the “victims “ would have self identified!
Finally, PP is trying to claim they were defamed because the investigators simply repeated their public comments. Stupid attempt at PR. Legal idiocy
