So, unless you’ve served in the Military then that disqualifies you from running for President?
Here’s a newsflash. There are a whole bunch of people who never served in the military who are courageous. And plenty of people who serve who are not.
Maybe I misunderstood. Maybe not?
“So, unless youve served in the Military then that disqualifies you from running for President?”
It does not, but it should.
“Heres a newsflash. There are a whole bunch of people who never served in the military who are courageous. And plenty of people who serve who are not.”
Irrelevant. What is needed is demonstrated courage under fire. Demonstrated, not claimed.
If you associate with brave men, you’ll probably learn to spot them—and to spot the other kind, as well. If you have no such experience, you might not even be able to spot a blatant scumbag like Bill Clinton.
“Maybe I misunderstood. Maybe not?”
Oh, most likely. But let me give you some more ammunition.
Not only should military service be a prerequisite for office, including bureaucracies, it should be the only way to earn the franchise.
