I’m in a Coaching and Leadership master’s program and a study was done where people were given an assignment to do a talk on the Good Samaritan. The speakers were told that they were given the wrong date and the talk needed to happen right away. As part of the experiment, people in need were physically placed in front of the talkers. The majority of people ignored those in need because they were so focused on getting to the church to do their talk on the Good Samaritan!
What an amazing but not surprising story. Thanks for sharing that.
