The "De-Bugger" Programs and protected area of memory, is for CREATING PROGRAMS and INSURING they work with NO DEFECTS ... BEFORE you load them INTO a BUSINESS SYSTEM ! But you'd need EXPERIENCE in learning HOW to do that, or ACTUALLY DOING IT, ... to understand.

But you don't need to know anything more than you'd learn from sitting on the couch surfing the 'net to install and maintain an enterprise computer network in an IBM mainframe shop, eh?
