Called in today after a restless night, brought The Bride a care package of more clothes, girly bath stuff, and munchies.
Cardiology can't find anything wrong. No heart episode, no silent arrest, no stroke. So the vertigo and blood pressure issues are coming from something else. Neurologist will be visiting later today.
The Bride is in high spirits, hungry as a bear, and blowing up her coworkers emails bossing them around via BlackBerry. Modern technology. ..
Proof that the Lord hears our prayers and answers them!
Praise the Lord our God!
*guuuuuh*
May they find what the issue is.
Skyraider had the same issue of vertigo and high HP. I don’t remember what they gave him, but it used to be bad.
Here’s hoping for accurate diagnosis. When you mentioned GERD, I had a comment to make; but vertigo and BP issues rule out what I was going to say.
No, I’m not a doctor...but my son stayed at a Sheraton Four Points Resort last night!
All seriousness aside, we’re praying for a good diagnosis and rapid recovery for the Bride as well as comfort and peace for you and the girls.

May the Lord guide the doctors charged with aiding your bride. Keeping her, and you, in my prayers.
Fabulous news. Thank God that the Bride has nothing horrible threatening her health. Praying for her continuing progress .
The Bride was discharged this afternoon, and arrived back home, with Jailbait riding shotgun in case she couldn't make the drive: she insisted that she get back to Casa de Cuckoo under her own power.
Sarge and The Bride spoke with two cardiologists and a neurological type. EKG, MRI, everything came back cold for cardiovascular problems, so in that regard, she's got a clean bill of health. The problem apparently stemmed from an inner ear balance problem, which the Neurologist described as "ear stones".
The Bride came home with a scrip for Mecklazine, and another day of bedrest. But at least, she's out of danger, and back with us, with a homecoming dinner of pizza and wings.
End of report, Sarge out.
