No nation has better electronic warfare assets than the Israelis.
They could probably temporarily mute the US ability to communicate with its own forces in the area. Not totally, but certainly considerably degrade them to the point of being combat ineffective.
They could likely shut down 99% of Iranian communications.
The could spoof their RADAR and other early warning assets.
And frankly they could employ EMP weapons to great effect.
But anything against Iran lets an ugly genie out of the bottle.
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain etc had better be ready to fend off attacks from a staggering Iran and its allies.

Israel's best option is to make sure Iran's proxies are comprehensively defeated in the field -- IOW, Hizbollah, Hamas, the Assad puppet regime, ISIS, Iraqi shi'ite jihadists, the Houthi in Yemen, the so-called indigenous uprising in the Sinai, the regimes in Djibouti and Eritrea, etc etc -- but the jihadists continue to fragment and do more and more damage to each other, so the temptation is to make sure they continue to do just that. Israel has never made large, long-term commitments of troops outside of Israel, and there would be no political will to do so. Israel's best option is to make sure Egypt's regime wins in the Sinai and mops up the terrorists operating in Egypt proper. If Egypt falls again -- the first time was Obama's Morsi regime, which was allied with Iran via the former emir of Qatar -- Israel's first move will be to secure its northern border by destroying the missiles and storage bunkers and annihilating Hizbollah. I am sure the Iranians would be able to dig out pretty quick. If the centrifuges are not destroyed (and the scientists and technicians killed), the raid is a waste of time, money, and political capital.
If’n I were the Israels... I would suss out the area around the refineries. I’m bettin’ the scientists and techies don’t live underground. If you don’t mind the collateral damage that might as much damage as hitting the fortified production facility.
Alternately, if the Israels really DO have support from the Saudis they might try an audacious commando operation in combination with the airstrike.
The scary part is the aftermath. Such an attack is pretty much a declaration of war against Iran. How will it follow up?

My point is that Israel and the US have been at war with Iran for a long time. Where the continued conflict goes from here is the big question.
Obviously I am not privy to the thoughts of the Israeli and American leadership, but, Israel must think that Obama is leading the US to switching sides. This "agreement" is absolute rubbish and contains a clause which commits the US to defend Iran's nuclear industry. How is that going to work if and when Israel attacks?

There will be many surprised people. Those Secular Progressives will find out that their god, the government, is going to ne very lacking.
Old technology. No reason to risk a flight crew, especially when the operation can have “plausible deniability”. The Israelis might even ‘spice it up a bit’ with false evidence pointing the finger at someone else.
Importantly, an attack on Iran’s dams would be just one part of a massive unconventional operation. A “mad bomber” attack on their national infrastructure could foul up everything for months or years.
It wouldn’t surprise me if Odumbo made a surprise visit to Iran ala Bush and Iraq during Thanksgiving, only carrying fissionable material instead of a turkey.
