Do not deceive yourself into thinking they wouldn’t. People do desperate things for shopping binges, what do you think they’ll do if they’re frightened?
They wouldn’t make it to the suburbs. They’d be shot in most areas. Even in the wealthier areas of the cities I am familiar with wouldn’t put up with the nonsense.
