“Inner city” remains the current term used by the common media culture.
The use of any Afrikaans word is clearly a defiant in-your-face to the Al Sharpton crowd. I approve.
“Inner City”.
A more accurate term would be “Urban Plantation”.
A place where dollars are planted and votes are harvested.
