So, I guess Andrew Breitbart was a chicken. He referred to this phenomenon about Hollywood often, and gave private support to the conservatives of Hollywood, who know they can't work in that town and also be out front about their conservatism. It's the 180-degree opposite of the 1950s, when conservatives like Reagan and Charleton Heston had the upper hand against the communists trying to invade it then, and when the HUAC hearings resulted in "blacklists" of communist sympathizers who could no longer get work in Tinseltown. Today, it's just the opposite — with a vengeance.
