What crimes are the 177 accused of?

What ever is stated in the "rubber stamped" documents and filed with the court

What Constitutional rights of the 177 may or may not have been abridged?

Don't know, nor does anyone else here. That is to be decided by a court

Have you taken an oath to defend the U.S. constitution?

More times than I can remember. Probably at least 20 times in military, bar admittance, etc. From your distinguished legal career, what Constitutional violation do you allege had occurred here?

probable cause protections were violated on every one of the 177; as admitted to by the Waco detective that rubber stamped the papers.

I’m not making any claims of having “legal credentials” but no-one needs special credentials to sense when something is not right. In the absence of facts; go with your intuition.

As for something that “may or may not” have occurred, that is one’s opinion. Again, we do not need special privileges to give an opinion. Anyhow, what first caught my attention about this event was the $1,000,000 bail (8th amendment) set for the arrestees.
