Arpaio has extensively revealed in an hour-long video and sealed affidavit to an Alabama court evidence showing that Barry’s BC is forged which has never been refuted by Barry’s legal team. However, Arpaio has never discussed his leads as to WHO might have committed the crime.

Every day on TV sworn law enforcement officers like Arpaio and Zullo tell TV reporters that they can’t comment on ongoing criminal investigations.

This is because it would violate the constitutional rights of the accused, among other legal technicalities and result in any case getting thrown out on appeal.

We do not want Barry’s impeachment or getting run out of office like Nixon for having an underling forge his BC to get thrown out on appeal because his rights were violated by Arpaio and Zullo by blabbing to the press, do we?
