To: Norm Lenhart

It is a shame, and a hard reality to face.

I’ve found myself divesting myself of chat rooms, bulletin boards, television shows, movies, etc etc.

Its pretty depressing for the first few weeks.

After a while it feels like a weight has been lifted.

For one thing, I haven’t touched broadcast television since 2006. I don’t miss it at all.

The new difficulty is trying to organize my shopping around the little NAZIs that have cropped up in our society.

One divestment at a time. I cut the cord in about 2001. Yea it’s an adjustment but it passes. And suddenly your life is filled with time to pursue actual interests. Education. Hobbies. Things that fulfill you.

Thats the beg secret everyone in TV land wants you to run screaming from.
