Flee to Canada like the draft dodgers of old, take your money, refuse to pay a dime, and speak out from Canada, daring the judge to do something about it.

This will be an interesting case of someone fleeing the United States in order to find religious freedom.

Why sure it is. Just ask Affirmative action judge Sotomayer or Kagan and they will tell you it's perfectly legal.

My question as well. In the "John Doe" case in Wisconsin and elsewhere, gag orders have been used to cover up outrages by out-of-control government agencies.
