the lack of resistance goes back to 2001 - and lasted all eight Bush years, lasted throughout the McCain and Romney campaign’s - only some scattered Republican resistance and push back in some 2009 elections, the 2010 mid terms, and in ‘14. But even in victory, no push back in DC.
Oh no doubt, I agree. But there used to be at least SOME pushback the faithful could point to. Now, nothing. No feet to the fire either. Hell they campaigned on working with Barry. That’s a definite first.
