The 13th amendment was ratified by the states on December 6, 1865. So till dec 6 1865... zero slaves were freed?... that would include the entire south that at that point was under Union Army occupation.....the Union Army was enforcing slaver as the law in the occupied southern states till Dec 6 1865?
