Not every drug helps every person... I know quite a few people who literally use it to control chronic pain... it has fewer side effects than high dosage pharma pain control meds.. and isn’t addictive. It’s particularly useful for chronic pain that travels the vagus nerve... like gastric pain.
Such basic common sense goes straight out the window with anti-pot fanatics; just yesterday one brayed that "all the literature" says "there are much better alternatives currently available within medicine to treat any malady that marijuana supposedly helps" (but never replied to my request for a direct quotation - imagine my surprise).
